Still the worst casino in the state as far as wins go. Sat down with $100 doing $1 bets. No bonuses. Not a single line hit over 5x. Decided to try another machine same result. Down $200 in less then an hour. I understand that the house needs to win of course but when you just suck away money from your guests in less then 1 hour you need to rethink your business practices. I'd be much more inclined to spend more money if it lasted longer and I had fun doing it. Travel on over to Northstar or Wittenberg. Both are much nicer and money goes further
Seriously disappointed with this place. False advertisement at its finest. Now I’m not one to complain about something that is free, however, advertising something on your website, and in the flyer in the mail and failing to follow through is incredibly distasteful. Your online promotion clearly stated that if you had on team apparel during the actual game, you would receive $50 in promotional play.
Very nice restaurant and banquet meeting room. I do not gamble and dot smoke. The rooms I was in were not smoky but much of the gambling are was smoky. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Imagine our disappointment when we get to the front of the line (after almost an hour in line) and are told that it is now $25 instead of $50. I know you are able to change promotions with no notice, and yes, it was freee money. However, this was a pretty crappy way to entice people into your establishment under blatantly false pretenses. I believe I once gave this place a 5 star rating, but it has gone drastically downhill. Not sure if I will be partaking in any more of your promotions, being lied to doesn’t feel very good. Way to go Nekoosa.....
The casino is a nice clean place, but the odds of winning are so poor. We have been there several times recently never could build up any credits very frustrating.
Ate at the restaurant twice now. First time Food was OK. Server was indifferent. Sat in a hallway to the kitchen and spent the time listening to the staff laughing and singing in the kitchen. Came back for dinner on thanksgiving. They had a buffet. ($16) It was the saddest one I have ever seen. Most everything was dryed out and cold. The salad bar was out of most of the few items on it. Never going back.
My husband and I thought it would be a great opportunity to get out of town (we came 114 miles) and also be able to receive some sweet promo play without breaking the bank. We also participated in the food drive which was $10 of non-perishable food items in exchange for $10 in rewards play.
